These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Endless Skyway Cabin website and services. By accessing our website or utilizing our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
Booking and Reservations
Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment and subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must adhere to our specified policy, outlined upon booking confirmation.
House Rules and Additional Guidelines
No Parties or Events: Our properties are not suitable for parties or events. Violation will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late checkouts without consent will incur a fee of $50/Hour.
Property Use: The property is for residential purposes only. Commercial activities, excessive guests, or excessive cleaning due to mess left will result in additional charges.
Additional Rules and Penalties
No Smoking or Pets: Violation of the no smoking or pet policy will result in a fine of $150.
Excessive Guests and Noise Levels: No excessive guests or noise levels are allowed after 10 PM. Exceeding these noise/party rule violations may lead to police involvement and security deposit retention.
Damages and Cleaning: We understand accidents happen; however, please let us know. Excessive cleaning due to trash left behind will result in a charge of $150.
Towel and Property Damage: Any property damage beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed and deducted from the security deposit.
Liability and Responsibility
Liability Waiver: Endless Skyway Cabin is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
Changes to Terms
Endless Skyway Cabin reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes.
